Harold L. (H. L.) Van Arnem - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Van Arnem founded the Company in January 1999, and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since that date. Under his command, Money.net became the first company on the internet to provide free real-time streaming portfolio tracking to individual investors. Money.net is a pioneer in streaming quotes and clearly raised the bar in the industry of financial information and technology. Prior, Mr. Van Arnem was an early participant in building the DART advertisement management business for DoubleClick (NASDAQ: DCLK). Prior to DoubleClick, he was with CyberGate (www.gate.net), Florida's first and largest internet service provider co-founded by his family. CyberGate was sold to Espire Communications (NASDAQ: ESPI). Additionally in 1997, Mr. Van Arnem created an international fax service for Decision Systems International, a subsidiary of Olivetti. Mr. Van Arnem earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Janet Christofano - Chief Financial Officer
Janet Christofano joined the company in October 1999 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since that date. Prior, she served as Vice President in Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated's Investment Banking division specializing in financial institutions from 1986 to 1995. She has extensive experience in financial analysis and strategic planning, serving as banker on numerous debt and equity offerings, private placements and initial public offerings. Her corporate advisory expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, re-capitalization advisory, subsidiary divestitures and exclusive sales. In 1996, she co-founded Lasso Ltd., a public relations concern. Ms. Christofano received a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.
